The quality was really good and any of my friends that has seen my bedspread really likes it and has check out the website and will probaly order. The prices are exceptional.

I have tried to contact kinglinen by the 866 number they show on the invoice but the line is consistently busy - I have emailed them as well and no one is responding - their customer service is very poor.

The sheets seem to be fine.... however, The comforter was not like the picture....it is not the same color....and very very cheap fabric. I'm very disappointed as I bought it as a gift.

The availability and selection is the greatest aspect of shopping through King Linen. That said, you get what you pay for so if you keep your expectations in check you'll be pleased with the product.
