I was so happy to get the birdhouse My granddaughter will be so happy at Christmas if you have any thing else in birds please let me know. she will be 15 months old on 12-28-09 and she just loves bird and Big Bird too. Thank You

Horrible returen policy, only buy what you will use, cause its a nightmere to return. No issues in ordering or recieving our original order.

We did have 2 damaged peices, but customer service was very quick to send out replacement peices the very next buisness day. Customer service was GREAT !!!

I did not receive my discount as promised via the coupon. Was told by phone that a credit would be issued in 2 days. It has been a week, and I still haven't received my credit.
