I am not happy with the wait on receiving my product (on backorder but did not ship out with the first ETA). Although, customer service (Jeanie) was courteous and returned my calls. Stroller arrived with no damage!

Although courteous, the person who answered the phone advised me that she was not a "Car Seat Tech" and that those folks are only available M-F 9-5. I think Techs should be available at all times.

1st stroller received was broken. Returned it and ordered a second one. Also broken. Now expecting to receive a replacement stroller frame directly from Tike Tech... The packaging of this stroller does not hold up to shipping...

eventhough I ended up canceling my order b/c one of the imtems was out of stock, the positive experience of dealing with the customer service rep convinced me to shop at tiptoeturle in the future
