I e-mailed and phoned customer service to add an item to my order within an hour of the order being placed, and by the time I received a response the order had been shipped and they would not add additional items to my order.

The price of the stroller was competitive but when it arrive one of the railings appeared to have been slightly bent during shipping. The stroller was shipped in the original container with no extra padding so it's not surprising that this could...

I found a car seat and ordered it with no problems. I could not find the car seat anywhere else, not even the company that makes them had them on their website. I was very excited and satisfied.

I didn't receive one of the items I purchased, and I tried to contact albee baby by both email & phone for some days, but they never replied nor answered. It's very upsetting and I want to recommend my friends & community not to purchase from this...

I purchased the Savannah dollhouse. The money was deducted from my account, however, we were informed 4 days later that the dollhouse was no longer available, even thought the system showed it was. I had to scramble at the last minute for a new one.
