1st stroller received was broken. Returned it and ordered a second one. Also broken. Now expecting to receive a replacement stroller frame directly from Tike Tech... The packaging of this stroller does not hold up to shipping...

eventhough I ended up canceling my order b/c one of the imtems was out of stock, the positive experience of dealing with the customer service rep convinced me to shop at tiptoeturle in the future

I'm very pleased with my purchase and my experience with bicycletrailers.com. The product quality is exceptional. I made my purchase decision on another site yet I chose to buy from bicycletrailers.com due to their return policy.

The box my car seat came in made me think it was someone else's return. The box was all smashed up, torn, and the car seat itself was just in an unsealed plastic bag. I haven't found any damage to the car seat but then I needed it the next day.

Fortunately opted to have 2 gift certificates I purchased sent to ME rather than directly to intended recipient, because only 1 was delivered-never would have known had I OKed sending to someone else. Poor delivery system.
