I don't know how energy efficient it is, so I left that blank. It is a great blender that makes very smooth vegetable smoothies, you just have to keep adding ice so they don't get warm. My only wish is that it came with a little demonstration...

this is an awesome blender. it will power through anything you could possibly put in it. the only bad thing is the noise, if you live in an appartment you will get complaints. there is just too much power to keep it quiet.
