Purchased a blanket and loved it! It was ruined in the laundry with bleach So, I replaced it with the same blanket! Love the Blanket, It is soft, warm and comfortable and also, great for my allergy's!

Order arrived on time, but hepa filter is faulty - blower rattles. In process of resolving issue. Customer service rep is very helpful.

So far I have found the products, Free and Clear shampoo, conditioner, hair gel and hand cleasner, to be effective. The Lubrex hand cream contains a botanical that I am not supposed to use, so it was not a good choice for me.

Bust on UPS they burst one of the bottles and I lost about an inch of liquid. Not worth bothering NAS. First time in many years of satisfied buying.

While attaching the mattress cover, a rip occurred below the zipper. I would hope the quality would have held up better!!
