Pros: One of the best access points I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Extremely stable and highly configurable, integrates extremely well with other Cisco gear in an enterprise environment. I have had several of these units running for *years*...
Cons: A little bulky. Cisco ""pre-standard"" POE, not 802.3af. Can be difficult to configure if you have no Cisco experience.
