Pros: Unit does a super job of cooling a over the garage bonus room of over 300 square ft. It has great options and I think the unit does what it should. Newegg shipped the unit in 3 days as promised
Cons: The unit is a little loud and has to be located in a way that it is away from the wall making it in the way
