This phone is so cute. When it first hit stores I had to have it. Exactly one day after I bought it I dropped the phone and the front glass shattered. I mean who puts glass in a cell phone now days! Well I loved the phone so much I sent it in and had it repaired. Even though I've had the phone for a year it still looks new. And let me tell you I'm pretty hard on phones. Overall I love the sleek look. I love the clearity of it. I seem to be able to get signal anywhere. Even in the boonies when I'm fishing. Go Cingular/AT&T! (See all reviews)

I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE 2MOS,TURNED IT ON AND THE SREEN WAS PARTLY GONE. WENT TO PHONE STORE SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING HAD TO CALL 1-800# THEY WOULD SENT ME A NEW PHONE BUT IF THEY THINK IT'S NOT THE PHONE YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE AND COULDN'T GET YOUR OLD ONE BACK. WHATEVER THEY SAY GOES... ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID THE SCREEN IS CRACKED INSIDE AND THEY WERE VERY SENISITIVE AND YOU HAD TO BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THE SCREEN I SAID IT'S IN MY PURSE AND HE SAID THAT COULD DO IT. I SAID I WOULDN'T OF BOUGHT IT IF I HAD KNOWN THAT ,HE SAID WELL EVERYONE DOES. HE SAID THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR US WHEN WE SENT IT IN AND THAT'S THE WAY IT GOES. I SAID WELL THIS SHOULD OF BEEN DISCLOSE BEFORE BUYING IT. I WENT UP TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE STORE AND ASK THEM IF I COULD ASK THEM A QUESTION, THEY SAID YES ,I SHOWED THEM THE PHONE AND ASKED WOULD YOU BUY A PHONE KNOWING IT WOULD DO THIS THEY ALL SAID NO, WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW THAT THIS PHONE COULD...
