I feel like I've been ripped off by not getting the 10 cup maker I purchased. Every other maker uses 5 to 6 oz for a cup measurement (most 5oz) KitchenAid uses 4.25oz making a 10 cup out of a 8 cup machine. The other negative is even after pre heating
