Our copier is now about a year and half old. About 5 months ago, it began to leave dark lines on the printed-paper. I talked to tech support, who suggested that we replace the drum. We did, and that worked for 3 days, then back to the lines. Next step was to take it to a repair shop, 70 miles away, where the starting price would cost almost as much as it would be to buy a new machine. We're incredibly disappointed that this copier only lasted 1 1/2 years. We didn't know we were buying a disposable piece of equipment. (See all reviews)
