The T10 Plantronics corded headset phone is worth the money despite the volume being rather low even when turned all the way up. I tried playing around with the volume and tone controls to see if I could get a descent sound level and I could not. If you plan on buying this, make sure your surroundings are quiet or you won't be able to hear. The headset is comfortable and you get 6 feet of cord length. It has 3 red lights that come on when your using the phone. The mute light turns red when mute is on. When the On/OfF button is in the ON position, there is a green light around the button. All in all, I'd say this is worth the price and I would recommend it. Corded phones like this are secure for professional use.

  • "The present primary phone is a Panasonic 2.4 system, The secondary handset only worked for app. 6 mos. I was using a Uniden 2.4 prior to my purchase of the panasonic, when the secondary panasonic stopped workingI put the Uniden back in service. The uniden has been in service for probably 8 years or more. I am hard of hearing and the Uniden has the loudest volume of any phone I have used, with the exception of the old Ma Bell phones they used to give you when your service was installed. I don't particularly enjoy doing survays due to the time involved. If you want me to do any more, It requires more than money saving special deals and cupons. Joel" says Joeltruck
