I began using these phones because I repair them for a living and I had to become a self proclaimed expert down to the chip to implement this product line into our offering. This product line is a fine solution for a small business, household or ranch
Phone worked off and on 2 months. Problems: people calling could not hear me; lost connection mid-conversation; problems missing calls because receiver wouldn't allow me to answer phone, noisey; etc, etc, etc. Place where I purchased phone said to deal
Yes, I've read all the negative reviews, but this phone has been great, and I've had almost all brands you can think of. I've purchased the most expensive phones from Sony($250), Panasonic($300), V-Tech(?) - and had lots of clarity and quality problems
