There are no less than 36 recordings here, and most sound great. That said, Goldies has never been big on documentation and would rather slop stuff out than worry about it. In fact, one has to wonder if these sides were even authorized and licensed or if this is simply a glorified bootleg. All the Cash classics are here, along with choice covers of a number of his favorites. Although the quality varies, these are soundboard recordings for the most part, and therefore fine for a listen or three. It would take a serious Cash-o-phile to really sort out what the origins of this material are. ~ Thom Jurek
