I upgraded from a fuji finepix to this camera and the only thing I gave up was some zoom. It has tons of features and takes beautiful, professional pics. It was a super buy and very worth the price.
When I first saw this camera, I wanted it. I really like the number of pixels. I like to blow up pictures and it makes the picture look better. I am so excited about my camera!
This camera is really easy to use. I rarely ever take it off of auto, but when I do, its still beginner-friendly. The live viewfinder is a great help in this regard, as it changes what you see as you change the settings. What you see on the screen is exactly how the picture will turn out. The photo quality is also outstanding. My husband is a serious amateur with dreams of going pro, and cons...
