Owned just over a year. Control panel stopped working after about 5 months since it is located on the top where the moisture from the steam effects it. Maytag had serviced and replaced. Just slightly over a year the new control panel stopped working as before. It machine also started becoming extremely loud when washing and the top drawer rollers broke. The service tech announced to us that the control pannel had the same defect as previously and will most likely continue to based upon where the control panel is. We contact Maytag repeatedly but no response to 3 emails. After the 4 email we were told that they will not do anything since the 1 year warranty has expired.
