Comments:
In the three years we've owned the Fisher & Paykel dish drawers, they have broken down three times: first

because the valve was oriented wrong (we did not have a professional installation -- our contractor installed),

second because the drain valve was clogged (repairperson said nothing we could have done to prevent), and the

third time the lid broke and so the bottom drawer jammed, possibly because something touched the "ceiling" of

the drawer during a cycle. If we end up paying for this third
