The first of two spinoffs launched by the hugely popular television series CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, CSI: MIAMI introduces a new cast of crime fighters operating from a forensics lab unit in the tropical climes of southern Florida. David Caruso (NYPD BLUE) anchors the series as tortured homicide detective Horatio Caine, who leads an investigative team that includes Southern-belle ballistics expert, Calleigh Duquesne (Emily Procter); streetsmart tough guy, Tim Speedle (Rory Cochrane); underwater recovery expert, Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez); no-nonsense coroner, Alexx Woods (Khandi Alexander); and short-lived DNA specialist, Megan Donner (Kim Delaney, who departed after only 10 episodes). While sharing its parent show's penchant for grisly crime reenactments, the spinoff places greater emphasis on police work, rather than science, and boasts a flashier cinematographic style that befits its sunkissed and stylish Miami locale. This collection presents every episode from the series' debut season.

A decade before THE A-TEAM, silver-screen leading man George Peppard made his television debut with the 1970s mystery series BANACEK. Part of the early-'70s wave of clever crime dramas that also included COLUMBO and MCCLOUD, the detective series followed the crimefighting adventures of insurance investigator Thomas Banacek (Peppard), a wealthy Bostonian who tracked down stolen property for a hefty commission. Banacek was aided in his efforts by his wisecracking chauffeur, Jay (Ralph Manza), and his bookstore-owner friend, Felix (Murray Matheson), while making sure to honor his Polish-American heritage with a string of obtuse Polish proverbs. This collection presents the series' debut season, which includes guest appearances by Michael Lerner, Margot Kidder, Brenda Vaccaro, and Mike Farrell.

In order to shield the world from darkness, Piper, Phoebe, and Prudence must protect their own powers from the lords of the underworld, and also rise above the childish bickering of sisterhood to work together as a team. Inspired by the success of Fox's teen soap THE O.C., the producers at MTV came up with this reality series about the real-life residents of Orange County, California. Like the characters in THE O.C, the teens of LAGUNA BEACH, THE REAL ORANGE COUNTY drive fancy cars and spend a great deal of their time shopping for expensive clothes. They also fret about their love lives, or lack thereof, while sunning by pools and cruising the California strip. The drama of LAGUNA BEACH is not as narrative as that of THE O.C., but there is plenty of it, from catfights to boy drama to who's going with whom to the prom. While the half-hour series follows the lives of six different teenagers in their last year before leaving Laguna for college, viewers will find a semi-protagonist in Lauren. An aspiring fashion designer, Lauren agonizes over her relationship with Stephen, who constantly switches his attention between Lauren, and her ultimate nemesis, a junior named Kristin. While the two girls supposedly can't stand each other, shared social circles bring them together time and time again, causing loyalties to be tested, and drama to reach a breaking point.
