I've owned this product for about 10 years. It's the greatest gadget ever. Simply fill with water, pierce each egg and place it in the included stand, put on the cover, and push the start button. When the light goes out, the eggs are done. No pan of boiling water to deal with, no guessing if the eggs are done, and by using the piercing feature, the cooked eggs peel easily.
