Heavy cast aluminum base is virtually warp proof. Base is coated, inside and out, with a deluxe non-stick finish for stick-free cooking and easy cleaning. Accurate cooking temperatures are maintained automatically with the Control Master heat control. Skillet is immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed. 1-year limited warranty. 120 volts AC, 1000 watts.
