The paper is constantly getting jammed. Even when the paper flows properly the fax says there is an error and I cannot use the copier. When I receive a fax in its memory the machine tells me to push start to get the fax. I push start and nothing happen (more)

Brother fax machines have had known problems for years. Warranty repairs (if you are one of the fortunate few that can get the customer support team in India to agree to fix it) are done using the same short lived replacement parts. My personal experienc (more)
