Good fax
I did need the help from the Brother customer service, without them it would be hard for me to install the fax. At last, they did help me good.

Brother fax machines have had known problems for years. Warranty repairs (if you are one of the fortunate few that can get the customer support team in India to agree to fix it) are done using the same short lived replacement parts. My personal experienc (more)
