I ordered the Brother 2820 approximately 90 days ago. I use it for my office at home. It has been outstanding. The quality of the printing is very good and it operates quick and efficient. I am also ordering another for one of the stores i operate.

The paper is constantly getting jammed. Even when the paper flows properly the fax says there is an error and I cannot use the copier. When I receive a fax in its memory the machine tells me to push start to get the fax. I push start and nothing happen
