factory don't care after getting your money

Pros: Nice size
Cons: Auto/Defrost don't work getting runaround for 2 weeks

Told dealer freezer not working he said I was opening door too much. waited 24 hours and temp. getting warmer called again, got repairman to come in 4 days( appointment Fri.) he said nothing wrong as I had to use Dry Ice to help cool it and temp was ok! next Monday called factory and they had repair come back 2nd repairman found defrost cycle not working and unit frosted up, and he ordered parts. It is now friday again and factory said they will replace the complete freezer, but did not authorize... Read the rest of the review
