cord broke at connection- worthless

after 6 months the plug where the power cord plugs in lost connection. makes it imposible to charge or operate. was told not returnable.

Wished I had purchased earlier

Excellent product although wished that I would had not updated from the US Mexico to US Mexico and Canada as some of the speed signs are not correct now.

Works great! I'm hard of hearing, and I can hear the spoken instructions easily. Takes most of the stress out of driving in my new town :)
