It is very accurate at finding directions. Have used it in multiple states and was able to find where I needed to go. I bought refurbished because there is a savings and it comes with the same warranty as a new one. I would recomend this to my friends. This is easy to use out of the box. I received it a couple of days before my vacation to PA and I read the instructions but didn't have any time to mess with it before the trip. It got us everywhere we needed to go with a few exceptions. Over the course of the trip I learned a few tricks with it and I'm sure next time that I use it, it will be even better.
