(1) Satellite contact sometimes non-existent (even on a freeway!) -- software is poor, will spin and spin and keep spitting out the wrong information...you will find yourself lost, and even worse pick up a wrong signal from someone else's GPS & you start
There is very little intuitive about using this GPS. Many menus and you'll need to carry the manual in the beginning. I don't use it every day and when I do turn it on I need it right now and it often has a hard time finding the satellite.
Whatever the product, it is not worth buying from Magellan.
