That's a lot of information right at your fingertips! The 256-color LCD offers a vivid picture that's easy to read, even if you're in bright sunlight. Or if you're doing a little night fishing, you can select night viewing mode for optimal visibility. The Course Deviation Indicator lets you know if you've drifted off course, while anchor drag, arrival, off-course, and proximity waypoint alarms keep you aware of everything that's going on. A marine mount is included for easy integration in your boat. The GPSMAP also features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack that offers up to five hours of operation. An included AC adapter lets you charge it up before you set sail. You can access incredibly detailed regional marine info (inland and off shore) with optional BlueChart® and Recreational Lakes data cards and CD-ROMs. And if you want added on-land navigation capability, you can also pick up the optional vehicle kit, which includes more detailed maps, a car mount, a DC adapter, and more.
