Overall I'm happy with the mount, this was a replacement for the original that came with my Garmin after the pin kept falling out. This one seems to be much better built. I travel a lot and wouldn't be caught dead without my GPS and this mount.
It was never adequately explained that this item was already included in the purchase of the Garmin portable GPS. Within a couple days I returned it, unopened, with the mailing label provided by Amazon.com returns. I've yet to receive a credit.
