I have rec'd nothing from my order when everything was instock when I placed my order and delivery was guaranteed to be rec'd by Christmas. If I ran my business the way you people do I'd have NO customers.

I was real pleased that I received the umbrella within the time limit expected. It is a gift so I do not know about the working condition but am very confident it will be fine. After looking at many, I decided on Samsonite.

The little red "Going to Grandmas" suitcase is just adorable. I can't wait to give to my grandaughter for Christmas. She is only 18 months but she will love it. I can just see her wheeling it behind her now.
