My experience was very pleasant. I looked for a pair of jeans on several other websites, none of the other websites had my size. When I found your website, not only did you have my size, but the jeans were five times cheaper than anywhere else.

I can't find an 800 number to call them for a faster answer to my questions. but they are quick to clear up email inquiries within 24 hours usually

There is never a tracking number to 6PM.com orders, but out of my last 6 orders, I have been able to consistently predict and expect my orders within 3 business days.

The product should have never shipped, the heels were two different colors! It looked either defective or poorly produced. And I'm highly frustrated that you do not refund even a bit of the shipping rate or offer free returns on defective products.
