This was a present for someone and they sent the incorrect item. The correct item was resent but this took more time.

It was hard to reach a rep by phone. I left messages and A. King used email, worked great. Order arrived quick. One brush was perfect and the other one, too small and it has a large scratch on the side. I will return it & order a different one.

Completely satisfied with the ordering experience from Tressence. Not all products in the same category were available. I went ahead with the pocket-size Mason Pearson Hairbrush - like it but would have preferred the junior-size in black/ruby.
