The heater was exactly as it had been represented and after being told for two years that this type of wall heater was not being made anymore, I used my mew found ablilty with the internet to search for it. It is now in use every day in our bathroom and I thank the shippiing clerk for all his help and the Fed Ex company for their very helelpful info on the route it took and whnn it wouod arribe.
Clean looking heater that works very well with a thermostat that you can set for desired heat. Quiet operating and the vents blow the air down so that all the room is heated, not just around the heater.
