What kinds of email will BizRate.com send to me?
To ensure that you are properly informed about your account, we will occasionally send email to you with pertinent account information. We may also send you updates and information about new products and services available on our website.

As an Internet shopper, you may have completed one of our surveys after purchasing from an online store. The survey asks for your feedback about your online buying experience. In that survey, we ask for your email address so that we can follow up with a short survey about the delivery of your purchase.

If you do not wish to receive promotional information, you may "opt-out" at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of any email that we send you.

What if I forgot my username and password?
When you click "Your Account" from any page to sign in, you can click on "Click here for help." Enter your email address and click "submit". You will be shown your hint question and asked to provide the answer. Enter the answer and a new password for your security, then click "submit". How can I view my account information?
To sign in and view your account information, click on Account at the top of any page on BizRate.com. If you wish to update your password, email address, or other information, simply click on My Account Profile.

Can I change my account information?
Yes. When you sign in to view your account page, you can change any of your information (except of your username). Use the features in the "Your Account" box to quickly and easily make changes to your information and email subscription preferences.

You can securely access your account from any computer. Just click on "Your Account" from the top of any page on BizRate.com to access to all of your information.

Can two people have separate accounts on one computer?
Yes. More than one person can have an account on the same computer, however to ensure the security of each account, each person will need to sign in using their own personal username and password before they begin using membership features. Each individual member will need a separate email address to open an account. When one member is done, that member will need to click on "sign out" before another member may sign in and access his or her account.
