My only negative issues with this order were with the lack of info related to when it was shipped and no tracking info. The people on cymax info lines were extremely helpful and I feel all the issues were a result of short comings on the courier's...

the bed was delivered on time and packaging looked good,on opening the ladder was bent and broken(one rung).There was a grouge in one of side panels. The packaging was in tact. I think shipped that was. Dissatisfed with mattress. It was a futon....

I bought a daybed from someone else that did not come in time for my company. When I opened it there was no bed deck. You had the bed deck by the same people who made my daybed reasonablely priced and here in timely. thank you
