I installed the water filter with no problem. The water runs for a short period of time, then drips. Is this normal. I like the despenser very well. Good quality for a good price. I did order AQ4025 filter thinking it was a replacement filter.

During time of order, I did not get any information on availability of the product and when it would ship. It would be nice to see this before confirming the order. Fortunately, I did get the info after it shipped, whihc was within a day or so.

ALL I WANTED WAS A REPLACEMENT FILTER FOR THE RAINSHOW'R GIZMO I ALREADY HAVE, BUT YOU SENT ME THE WHOLE THING, SO I'LL BE SENDING IT BACK. I GUESS IT WAS JUST A MISUNDERSTANDING.
