Most college students look forward to returning to their hometowns during breaks -- it gives them a chance to do some laundry, see friends from high school...and fight hot-rodding demons! When Jesse goes home during a vaaction, he finds his town invaded by a gang of car racing fanatics. They have become so serious about the hobby, that they begin to call upon supernatural powers to help them reach the heights of speed. The plan backfires, however, when a cryptic driver begins to eliminate members of the gang, Jesse discovers their secret and must find a way to stop the terror before it destroys the tow...
