Windows 2000 Terminal Services is an integral part of Windows 2000 technology that delivers the Windows graphical user interface through a server-based computing model.Windows 2000 Terminal Services is a strategic technology that can lower total cost of ownership and provide access to Windows-based applications to desktops that cannot run the Windows 2000 operating system.
