my only complaint is that the web site doesnt always work for me when I try to order on line. I ended up ordering by phone the past two orders which is really not a big deal as I am happy otherwise with product, service and shipment.

I ordered a personalized wooden picture frame for our 5-year anniversary. I received the gift one day earlier than originally anticipated, so I was very pleased! Really like the product.
