I had GREAT frustration trying to make contact with customer service. No one answers the phone. Finally Mary took my call, she informed me that you guys are greatly UNDERSTAFFED. This is not good service.

Fast and accurate shipment.
Watch is actually larger than I anticipated, especially the leather band, which is wider than I would prefer. I may return it.

I still didnt receive my 10$ gift card from my previous order which I complained to them thru email. It is just disappointing, I guess they dont care or did they forget?

I had received a $10 gift card with delivery of a previous purchase. I entered the code on this purchase but did not get any credit. Odd. It was still a good value but was hoping for a smoking deal!
