I am pleased with the Seiko Clock. It was exactly as displayed on the website. I received it very quickly and on the date quoted. It was an expensive clock and I took a long time to make up my mind to use Courtney's for my purchase, but now am glad...

The wait for the delivery was lengthy being held up in Canadian customs and not able to track it and nearly a month seemed like a long time. The produst was well packed and we are enjoying the clock immensely.

I love the piece - but it was broke when it arrived and you have no more............. I understand it was the fault of UPS. The outside box was beat up. The inside boxes looked fine. Waiting on UPS to pick up.
