This is my 3rd Laptop from Gateway, and 7th computer overall from Gateway. I've had absolutely no problems with this Laptop. I am running Windows XP Pro, with Office 2003, 2 GB of RAM, up-graded DVD/CD Drive to a 7200 RPM, a bit more noisy, but not bad e
