THE SHORTS ARE LIGHT WEIGHT, GREAT SUPPORT AND THE SHORTS ARE LONGER THAN OTHER BRANDS. I LIKE THE LONGER LENGTH.
As a personal trainer I'm always looking for great products to make workouts more comfortable and give me support needed working closely with clients and in many positions during classes. This product does give great support and sheds sweat but is no better than more reasonably priced clothing from other companies. I'd go for less expensive items next time.
