Item showed as in stock on web site. I finally contacted them after almost 3 weeks. Item is out of stock, and I am patiently waiting, so this survey is premature.

Expected a later than normal delivery date but not that late since I had ordered other on line things which arrived within 3 days, I did not expect a 2 week delivery.
