I was plesantly surprised about ordering online with Build A Bear. I purchase for a charity group and I am always looking for ways to stretch the dollars and get really cool items. This was the first time I ordered online from Build A Bear

I was disgusted to find out that shipping to Canada cost more than the item itself. This is absolutely ridiulous. I will never order from Build a Bear again based on this reason.

The packing box was almost destroyed when it arrived - luckily the contents were not damaged - the box was too large for the items, and it apparently caused problems during shipping
