Good product availability. Very disappointed by all of the followup offers/sale pitch/awards/magazines, etc.. What a bunch of junk... And in most cased no wqy to opt out!!!

I don't agree with your return policy, that I just can't send back the package in its original carton, I have to repackage the original box and it cost me 15% to boot. You have lost a customer because of that ridulous policy

I ordered three items. A few days later I receive an email saying two items would not be coming for over a month. I canceled the order for the two. Meanwhile the charges seem to have hit my credit card for all three items. Isn't that illegal?...
