I was not able to download the state software that i purchased. i emailed a message regarding this but have not heard from anyone. in order to resolve this i am going to have to call during the business day i guess, which is very difficult.

I called an asked if the state e-file was included with the downloaded version of Taxact Deluxe. The person said yes. I was charged $7.95 to e-file. Access to the on-line files from 2010 was not available. They wanted me to pay to get the info...
