Return shipping was expensive. Still waiting for the reverse charge to update my credit card. I wish Joe's had a reverse shiping and exchange program as part of the purchase. Shoes are hard to fit sometimes.

The return purchase is because the shoes are too big. Must be a true size and good quality. So, I will have to return the shoes and look for another pair.

original order to small, upgraded to next size and width. called in for procedures to return first order. Staff member was excellent,also took my reorder at that time. first time purchase via e-mail.
