I am very short and the mini-cane that I ordered was too long for me. I contacted Tiffany Hallam at Customer Service. She gave me very good instructions as to how I could cut the cane down to my size.

Excellent product. However, hard to see what finished product would look like I was trying to order a similar item that I had gotten 3 years ago as a present could not match. The item I got looks good but lightr in color.

I returned the first order because the cane was too short. I incured postage of $9.60 thru UPS for the return. I was told you do not pay postage for returned items.

The merchandise was fine but the packing and shipping box was weak and bent and beat up----I was surpris3ed to find the canes ok.
